View to the Fells is a two bedroom apartment over two floors situated minutes from the centre of Ambleside. Views to Loughrigg Fell and the Fairfield Horseshoe dominate with the rooftops of Ambleside below. The Coniston Fells are also clearly visible (weather permitting). The apartment faces south west and benefits from afternoon and evening sun. A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen; just the place to sit and relax after a day on the fells , so makes the most of the sunsets.

The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. The Wash House is an historic cottage on one floor hidden 100m above the centre of Ambleside. Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space! There is a private sunny terrace garden covered in clematis and wisteria with views of the fells and the rooftops. Restaurants, pubs, shops and walks are on your doorstep. No need for a car!

Spacious Lakeland Cottage, between Windermere and Ambleside. Relax and enjoy this traditional home, with views over Lake Windermere from the terrace. Access the Lake from across the road if you fancy a swim! I've recently switched from co-hosting this property to putting this on my own listing, hence there is limited availability at the minute. The Conga Ambleside

The Conga is a cosy, quirky cottage, part of a small row of houses built in the 1840s. It has a south facing aspect and lovely views. Situated in a very quiet part of Ambleside, it is only a short 10 minute walk down in to the village and there are many scenic walks right from the door. reserved off road parking.
