Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. The Farmhouse is 30 minutes from the Yarmouth where Bay Ferries The Cat docks. The farm house with a great view of Parr Lake in Forest Glen. Located between Weymouth and Yarmouth on Hwy 340 and centrally located in between the Acadian Shores. A short trip across the province and your in Shelburne. A very peacefully spot to use as travel hub. Great fishing spots near by and public ATV trail system nearby. *We have now have a heat pump/AC for a comfortable stay
