Newly renovated basement suite with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace depending on the weather. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind.
