Laurelle was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We had to book very last minute accomodation, and ended up needing to extend at the last minute, and she helped us through it all. Very cute and beautiful area, quick walk to the beach and cute general store. Quiet and private. Super comfy beds!! Thanks Laurelle for a much needed recoup :)

I have stayed at Emma’s a few times now and there is a reason for that. This apartment is amazing. Great views, very spacious, close to shopping centre, very close to the beach, secure allocated car park and plenty of street parking for visitors. Secure building with key fob entry and intercom system to buzz visitors in. Local tavern and drive through bottle shop is 70 metres away. Service station few minutes up the next street. It seems pretty central to everything here without it feeling like it’s crazy busy or too noisy. Thanks for another amazing experience staying at your apartment. 😊

The apartment smelled amazing as soon as I walked in! Super clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bed (medium-firm, which was just perfect!), and a great shower. The place is very private and in a peaceful, quiet location in Korora - one of my favorite areas near Coffs Harbour. I’d definitely stay here again!

Ann’s apartment was very comfortable, quiet, clean & well equipped. Very close to the main beach with spectacular ocean views. A number of nice cafes are close by and Yamba itself has a reasonable variety of restaurants and shops. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay in Yamba and the lovely surrounding sites and towns. We will most certainly stay at Ann’s apartment again when travelling through NSW. Thanks Ann 😁😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay - Our Top Pick in Iluka! We absolutely love staying at Breezeway Beach House. We have been back a few times now! It’s perfect for two families, with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. The house is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in Iluka, this is hands-down our favourite. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and well kept house. Perfect for a little get away. Close to the center of town but far enough way to escape and enjoy a quiet night in before heading out for local sightseeing. Roz is a great host and very responsive should you need to contact. It's the little things you notice about this property that make all the differences, such as the necessities being stocked in the pantry, and bathroom or laundry supplies there when you need them. Definitely going to be my first pick when I am looking for accommodation in Coffs Coast.

This is such a beautiful place to stay. Homely, spotlessly clean and many thoughtful touches make this a brilliant spot to relax. Raili was super helpful and responsive, with clear instructions for check in and out. Gorgeous gardens, comfy beds and overall really pleasant experience. A very comfortable, warm & friendly home. Fully equiped with everything you would need, kitchen, linen, towels. It was just like being in your own home. Hop & a skip to the beautiful, pet friendly beach, excellent eateries 7 mins away at Woolgoolga, 15 mins to the Heart of Coffs, and the Jetty (one of my new favourite places) Markets….. it was the best stay, even with the rain………….. thank you Stumpy & Kerrie, we really hope to be coming back and enjoying your lovely home again soon, JO :-😊, Kobe & Nelly Nelly Noo Noo x

Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!
