The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Cactus Patch Grain Bins

Experience a unique stay in a one bedroom, one and half bath, converted grain bin with access to a large stocked pond in a private setting! The loft bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. Full size sofa sleeper, rollaway twin size bed and queen air mattress also available. Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen amenities, washer/dryer access available. Pet friendly with fenced dog yard. Two horse stalls, open turnout and one full RV hookup for lease. No events, parties or hosting gatherings.

The Bunny Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing getaway for two in our brand new bungalow. The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. SC can sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has extra amenities in case you forget something. The shower, which has exposed copper plumbing, is sure to impress. Outside there is a small patio with adirondack chairs and gas fire pit that over look the cattle pasture and the stunning Panhandle sunsets.

The Cottage at the Gallery on 7th

The Cottage is a studio apartment. It has a full kitchen, coffee pot, coffee, sugar and cream. The bathroom has a shower with bath soap, towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer. There is a twin bed with a trundle bed. Nice decor. Great patio. TV with netflix and local stations. Free wifi. Easy to find. Within walking distance of downtown and 35 real good restaurants. Washer and dryer on property, just ask for it. Pets allowed.

The history behind this cottage will bring you back to the 1940's when it was used as part of the attached Fairview Floral Wholesale Co. The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse - Hot Tub !

The Wallace Ranch Boxcar Bunkhouse is located on the Wallace Ranch 6 miles south of Canyon Texas. The 114 year old Boxcar Bunkhouse was restored and converted into a unique one of a kind property! We have hosted guests and large groups/families at the ranch for several years and with the addition of the Boxcar Bunkhouse we are excited to add another level of unique accommodations to the Panhandle area!

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.
