Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clarion River

We stayed at Wayne's place while on our way back from Niagara falls. it was well maintained, Peaceful and quiet place. we enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. will come back for sure. Wayne was proactive in providing all the instructions which made the entire stay seamless.

The house was very quiet and peaceful and was perfect for us. Theresa was an excellent host, very responsive and has a book of local recommendations inside the house. The place was also very clean and well kept.

Karen was a very responsive host. The home was charming and full of character exactly as described. Only one street from the towns Main Street so walkable to all downtown shops. Will definitely stay again.

Lucy's place was amazing. Clean and comfortable, it was equipped for every possible need. I felt at home and would definitely book again.

My fiancé and I just had an incredible weekend at Carrie’s home! Carrie was so friendly and even offered an early check in and late check out since there was no one coming in today so we could truly make the most of the weekend! She gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to work all of the amenities, dropped off a lighter and some cardboard for the fire pit, offered side by side rides around the property, and offered allergy medicine when my fiancé realized he had forgotten his! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, and was so comfortable to stay in! The bathroom was so nice and we loved the design of the kitchen! Outdoors was an incredible hot tub, a beautiful fire pit setting complete with firewood, and a nicely furnished gazebo that was perfect to play cards in when the rain came through! Not only would we stay here again, we will be staying here again, and we even joked about how much it would be to just rent and move in full time!

Beautiful property-peaceful and relaxing! Enjoyed fishing and kayaking and walks around the pond. Great furniture in the outdoor space for eating and sitting around the campfire. Indoor space was comfortable as well-plenty of room for the 10 of us and a baby. Popcorn machine was an extra perk!

Ryan was great to communicate with and easy to reach. It was an extremely quick in-and-out visit for us, but everything was as Ryan described. I recommend working with him.

I really feel that I was lucky enough to find one of the nicest little Airbnb’s in the town of Butler. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever came back, I would stay again. The owner of this place seems like a very sweet person and had it decorated so cute. It was very comfortable being there.

I’ve don’t multiple stays at this location and would happen another! Recommended

Overall, our stay was good even tho it rained all weekend. Bed was comfortable & the place had everything we needed. Hot tub & pool table were a nice bonus. We had a relaxing, peaceful weekend & will definitely keep this place in mind for future (hopefully not rainy) weekend getaways as it is close to Cooks Forest. The host had done some research for us ahead of time & had a list of places we might like to go to while we were there which was greatly appreciated. If you enjoy antique stores, definitely check out the emporium/candy store. We also ate at clarion brewery (which had a vegan falafel sandwich that was right up my alley). On our way home (to Ohio) we went to “farmhouse antiques & rusty stuff” in Knox….this place was full of treasures waiting to find a new home & was definitely worth the stop!

Beautiful apartment style housing. Accommodations look just like the pictures. Brenda and her husband were friendly and inviting and their fur babies were extra sweet. Brenda thought of the little things, which enhanced the experience. Would recommend this Airbnb without hesitation (and I’m picky!).

Nice apartment in Butler, PA. Walkable to Main Street. Great selection of coffee & tea for guests.

Very cool space in a hundred something year old building. The apartment was well appointed and spacious, the Kitchen was huge too. Jeff and Courtney were very helpful in giving me directions around an event that was going on during my check in. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this place in Warren, PA! The apartment is very clean- not a speck of dust anywhere! Fun books and things to look at if you wish. Kitchen has everything you need plus some nice additions at the welcome. Host is helpful and responsive if needed. There was plenty of space for all four of us (two parents, two teen boys). I’d happily have our family stay here anytime!
