Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times Airbnb guests are not visiting. The neighborhood pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the Airbnb, similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please respect my home and neighborhood. No loud partying or loud music.

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

Corn hole game, lighted yard darts. Large fire pit area at back of yard with more seating for family and friends next to serene woods. 4 bedrooms, hide-a-bed in living room, futon in den, can accommodate up to 11 people. Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.
