There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .

It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.

Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Youghal town. The accommodation is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, and a 5 minute drive from the beach. The accomodation itself is beside the main house. There is parking available, and it is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Youghal is home to some lovely cafes and restaurants, and you will also find supermarkets close to the accommodation.

It is also close to the famous River Blackwater which was known for its salmon fishing. There are great beaches nearby Ardmore, Whiting Bay, Youghal and Redbarn. Dungarvan has a greenway and bicycles are available to hire if required
