Holiday rentals with a patio in Claverton Down

My wife really enjoyed another stay at Gaiks beautiful property, this time with my sometimes hard to please daughter tagging along, and she even loved the place. The homemade cake and wine was a bonus and the place is pristine and so peaceful.

This beautiful and modern apartment is the perfect place to stay while exploring the sights of Bath. The Packhorse pub recommended by Nick was lovely, and the welcoming touches of biscuits and chocolates on arrival were much appreciated. There’s plenty to see and do in Bath, and it’s a bonus that we could walk it all, instead of using a car. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Nick’s apartment. Thank you for letting us stay!

Wir haben drei Nächte in dem gut und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Studio verbracht. Leider war das Wetter nicht gut genug, um auch den wirklich hübschen Garten zu genießen. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vorm Haus parken. Die Unterkunft liegt extrem günstig zur Bushaltestelle, so dass man schnell im Zentrum von Bath oder auch von Bristol ist. Einmal sind wir zu Fuß am Kanal entlang in die Stadt gegangen, ein hübscher Weg, am Wochenende sogar mit Kaffeestand. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Lovely, peaceful annexe in a charming village—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located between Bath and Bristol. Great value and a welcoming host. Highly recommend!

We stayed just a night and Tom’s place was perfect for us. Generous check-in and check-out times really make a difference for one-nighters, and both were very smooth and easy. I love this area of the city, it is quiet and residential but just minutes’ walk from cafes, shops (including one of Bristol’s best health food shops) and public transport into town. Tom had left some useful suggestions for places to eat and drink, and thus we went to a really good, local tapas bar for our supper which we might not otherwise have found. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a short stay, including a very comfy bed! Tom was very helpful and prompt to reply to my questions, specifically about parking. We would definitely stay again if we need a bed in Bristol.

Delightful small cottage. Everything you need, welll described. Very friendly hosts. But best is the location! Remarkably peaceful and bucolic.

A great place to stay and perfect size for our short stay in Bristol. The flat is very well equipped and the use of space is excellent. It is also close to the bus route into the city which was really useful. Easy check in and Andre and Valentina were responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

It’s a beautiful place, very tranquil, you get what you see in the pictures. And it’s so peaceful and beautiful! The garden is stunning. All you can hear is birds! The rooms have been lovingly decorated and it was wonderful to stay there after the very full days we had! The appliances are high end. The instructions on how to find it were very clear and we actually found it immediately. We can only recommend the place and would come back! It was also a short hop into Bath with lots of other beautiful places only 20-30 minutes away.

Joe was an amazing host it was our first holiday away and for my little dog to we got ourselves bit lost gave Joe a call it wasn’t a problem he gave very good instructions and we found him and had the best greeting from Joe and Ernie the cottage was absolutely stunning the grounds are breath taking it’s literally a slice of heaven my little dog loved his stay just as much and his new friend Ernie Joe was incredible the whole time couldn’t of asked for better at all we have booked our second stay already it was that amazing keep it up Joe it’s truely amazing

Jill’s house is a beautiful, warm and welcoming. The walled garden is glorious and the local area is quiet and quaint. Within walking distance to the centre of Bath and with Jill’s helpful instructions, communication, friendliness and recommendations we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much!

We loved staying at Emily’s place in Frome, it really stood out within the village yet it was so convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and particularly visiting Bath and Longleat as we had intended. If you message Emily beforehand, she has great recommendations on hand. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, in any season.

I enjoyed my two week stay. The office were helpful so I didn’t need to contact the host directly. The bed was fabulous and the cleaning team were very friendly. It’s pricey compared with other properties but then it is on a golf course.

This was a beautiful accommodation in the heart of beautiful bath. Plenty of options for public transportation, within walking distance, as well as wonderful dining options and grocery stores. It was a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful back garden! Absolutely loved it!

Victoria's property is exquisitely decorated and furnished throughout. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town centre and access to the disused railway walking trail opposite. The living room is large and very light and airy with a high ceiling. Although at first floor level, the back door opens out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for our dog. Above all, we were very surprised as to how peaceful and quiet the location was. Thoroughly recommend it, couldn't have wished for any more, Victoria had thought of everything.

Good place. Easy walkable distance from all tourist attractions. Christian also extended my stay by a few hours at no extra fee. Kind people.

Amazing place to stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s beautifully modern, spotlessly clean and Tina was a fantastic host. I fully recommend this studio apartment, we had a fabulous stay 🤗🤗🤗

We stayed at Norman's for two months while we renovated a house. Perfect location close to the city - Gloucester Rd, Whiteladies, city centre etc. Really lovely flat with private walled garden covered in rambling roses in beautiful Georgian Kingsdown. Flat very clean and comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Norman super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here.

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

We enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was exactly as listed. A pleasant place to go "home" to each night. We would use this place again if we go to that area again.

Second time I have stayed here and it was. Perfect as the first time. Amazing location and very reasonable price for the area compared to other not so nice places. Everything is walkable. Apartment has everything that you could want. Modern with all the features and items you need for a stress free stay. Will definitely be back again as we visit Glastonbury a fair amount. Host is great at communicating and such an easy check in and check out process. Thanks again
