A sofa bed (160x190 cm) with a new mattress, a single armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with a stand in the main living area. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Bed linens and towels are provided. A small terrace with mosaic bistro tables and chairs, and a lounge area. A garden relaxation area, private jacuzzi, and lagoon-style swimming pool (approximately 8x4 m + beach area / south-facing / open from May to September) are shared with guests of the studio apartment, which is also available for rent.
