Bedroom locks from the inside, so while you're asleep you feel safe but when you're gone your belongings are accessible to anyone inside of the house (Queen said occasionally there will be 2 Airbnb guests staying in adjacent rooms simultaneously) House is very modern and clean, and Queen is a very kind host. Definitely a great value.

Ryan & Hans were very quick to respond when I reached out to them on a couple of occasions. It was extremely easy to check in & out. We were pleasantly surprised by their townhome. It was even better than the pictures!:) The home had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and welcoming. We liked that we could use the patio. The little cards under the pillows were a nice surprise:) The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay which was very helpful. Access to the washer & dryer was very helpful & so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and we couldn't hear any of the neighbors. It was nice and relaxing.

I had an overnight layover in Fargo and needed a place to crash for a few hours. Mary Jo's room was perfect for that. She was very communicative, very friendly, and even offered me a ride to and from the airport, which was not expected and very generous of her. I can't say much about the accommodations because I slept immediately upon arrival and left 5' after waking up, but as I mentioned... it was exactly what I needed. I'll surely look for Mary Jo's place again if I need a place in Fargo. Thanks again!

Stayed here for 3 months while in town for a contract and everything was just as described. Any issues I had Scott always responded and dealt with right then and there. Place is in the middle of down town so the food and bar choices felt endless. Would stay again.

Paul’s house is very spacious and welcoming. Easy to find and easy to access. Just when your GPS says “You have arrived”, so does the sign on their front porch. Just an overnight for us but we enjoyed it.

From the moment I arrived at the Air BnB hosted by Karen, her husband, and her co-host Jess, everyone made me feel completely welcome and at home. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness in all Karen and her husband bring to the table are above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in a host. They put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. I can’t recommend them highly enough—staying here felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I will absolutely be returning soon and highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a wonderful place to stay at any of their locations. Thank you Karen and Karen’s husband and Jess!
