Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Welcome to the quaint and happy town of Ephrata. Our cottage is exactly a one mile walk from downtown eateries and activities. Take the sidewalk or the picturesque Linear Park rail trail straight to Main Street. The famous Green Dragon outdoor market (on fridays) is a couple miles away. Many nearby parks and markets attract locals and tourists alike. We had fun decorating the cottage with a bright, industrial and camera/photo theme. We look forward to hosting you.

Greystone House

Our goal was to create a cozy and quiet place to relax in or as a home base for checking out the area. Most of Lancaster Co. is less than a 30 min. drive away. A cafe, pizza shop and ice cream shop (the best!) are about 1/2 mile away. Many more are close by in the town of Ephrata or just a few miles farther in the town of Lititz-home of Wilbur chocolate. You will have your own space in our home, but separated by a locked door.

10/10 recommend staying at Joanns place for short or long term stays. The bedrooms and living space area was so clean and tidy and homey. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My friend and I were so excited to see the keurig and coffee k cups provided along with some snacks and other drinks :). The folder filled with recommendations for meals or visits was perfect as we were gonna need a place to eat breakfast. Joann and her husband are friendly and welcoming. They give you the privacy you need or want while also letting you know they are only a holler away if you need anything or just wanna chat it up. I will definitely be staying here again when Im in the area.

We were long term airbnb guests with Samina place. April to end of Aug. home is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Great views. We felt right at home and enjoyed every day at this home. We will be back next time I work in the area hands down.

Jared’s place was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay there again. It wasn’t an issue for me but it should be noted that there is no TV and no internet. Jared very pleasant and responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and beautifully maintained the property was. It easily accommodated our entire group — ideal for families or church retreats. The home was clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable beds to the cozy sitting areas that encouraged us to relax and unwind. What stood out most was the peaceful setting. Nestled in a quiet area, the property offered a true sense of retreat while still being just 40 minutes away from the Sight & Sound Theater. The hosts were also incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with plenty of space and easy access to one of the area’s best attractions, this is it.
