Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Tibbs Farm is a short drive and offers scrumptious breakfasts and lunches. If longer stays required during the week please contact me directly so I can open up on my calendar for you to book.

Cosy Cottage with Woodburner & Countryside Views.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

The Studio is set in ancient woodland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is a haven for a wide variety of wildlife, including badgers, deer, foxes and birds.....even wild boar! The Studio is the ideal bolt hole to come and explore Rye and the surrounding area with walks, cycles, great pubs, cafes and of course the beautiful beaches.

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.
