Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Tibbs Farm is a short drive and offers scrumptious breakfasts and lunches. If longer stays required during the week please contact me directly so I can open up on my calendar for you to book.

The Oaks cabin, a romantic escape from daily life - tranquil and luxurious. Relax from the moment you arrive. Nestled next to ancient woodland within a family small holding. Adjoining the High Weald National Landscape, 2 miles from Tenterden in the Kent countryside. From here you can enjoy wonderful experiences in Kent and Sussex and end your day in one of the great local pubs, breweries or vineyards. Immerse yourself in nature from the deck and adjoining field. A cabin of pure, sleek escapism.

Detached Loft with country Views and garden

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with a large living area, elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

Located on a 120 acre farm. The ultimate star gazing pad. The unusual lodging is fully equipped to help you enjoy a excellent and original night. A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. Castle Cottage, Wadhurst

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Sunset lodge is the perfect retreat for luxury relaxation. There are many lovely walks, including the river walk to Bodiam castle. There are many eateries within walking distance and Rye, Tenterden, Camber and Hastings all a short car journey away. We are located on the edge of a small family camping park - Rother valley park- which is a family run, chilled and quiet place to be. The views and sunsets are stunning. Enjoy a drink on the balcony whilst watching the sun go down 🙂

Cosy one bedroom loft in woodland nature reserve

The Studio is a self contained, detached loft above the owners large storeroom. You have your own front door to come and go as you please. The Studio is set in ancient woodland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is a haven for a wide variety of wildlife, including badgers, deer, foxes and birds.....even wild boar! The Studio is the ideal bolt hole to come and explore Rye and the surrounding area with walks, cycles, great pubs, cafes and of course the beautiful beaches.

Lovely garden suite (with breakfast included)

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.

Gordon's View Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
