Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

The place was nice. It did have a toilet a bit higher than normal in the bathroom but it worked for me. The place was nice and it had a feel that it was originally designed for a different purpose, but it has interesting charm now. I originally had planned staying at a hotel west of this location but I had an issue with the hotel and stayed here instead. I will say that I felt much safer here and the bed is so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a week. I travel past this area occasionally and if I need a place to stay I will definitely stay again

Very clean and comfortable home. It is in an older neighborhood and not far from restaurants and groceries. It’s not a busy area but lots of stop signs and traffic lights can take 10 mins for a 2 mile trip. Josh was very responsive to all questions and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. There are window A/C units and ceiling fans in every room. Our stay was during a heatwave 95+ and the house was incredibly cool. It was nice to have 3 smart TVs in the home. Having a Keurig was also a great touch. We would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

There was an unexpected, massive flood the night before we were set to arrive. Amanda not only communicated with me about the flood and how everything was in their area, but also sent me pictures of what the rest of wheeling, including the funeral home we were going to, looked like. She was incredibly understanding and proactive, professional and caring. My family and I couldn’t have been in better hands.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay many more times. Beautiful cabin with great views. We stayed for a few days and had a fantastic time. The driveway was a little tricky with our full size truck at first but we figured it out. Definitely worth checking it out for yourself.

We stayed here for a night while on our way to Columbus . All 12 members in our family from kids to grand kids loved the stay . very clean , peaceful, cozy and resourceful. eggs were good. thank you
