Lakefront Guest Suite with Spa and Dock

Casa de Cozumel is a beautiful Lakefront Home on Clear Lake just one hour north of the Napa Valley and 3 hours north of San Francisco. This listing is for lower floor guest suite with seperate entrance, bath, kitchenette and bedroom and fireplace sleeps 5 ($150 -$225 per night). There is private patio, bbq , firepit, dining area that our guests have exclusive use of. We also give our guests exclusive use of the sundeck, dock, spa and lower patio. The kitchenette inside is small and is suitable for light use. As of February 2021 we have added a small Apt size stove/oven (with pots and pans) and refrigerator to an outdoor kitchen. There is also the following: compact under counter refer/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, Cuisinart grill, juicer, crock pot. Most people use the bbq to grill and make salads etc. We have one tandem kayak and one SUP available for our guests and you are welcome to bring your own kayak, canoes and PWC. If you plan on bringing a motorboat please inquire prior to arrival if space is available. This property is perfect for couples, small family groups, friends and traveling professionals. You must be at least 21 to book this property or be a guest UNLESS you are traveling with a parent or guardian. In order to keep this listing available for travelers and holiday seekers we also do not allow residents of Lake County to book without prior permission of the host. The house rules are posted inside the space. We do ask that you be respectful and obey the quiet times of 11pm to 6am and follow the checkout procedures. As of the spring 2023 we have plenty of water in front of our dock. During the summer months the water quality for swimming because of Algae blooms though can vary day to day. We will do our best to advise the lake quality but there are still plenty of activities, kayaking, fishing and soaking in the spa. We can offer suggestions of other closeby lakes with beach access that are available for day use. We recommend Pine Acres Resort with a Day Pass Mon - Thur for $15 or Blue Lakes Lodge everyday $50. Reservations are required for both. You can also access the lake free from Hwy 20. We are required to collect TOT taxes , city of Clearlake and County of Lake for a total of 11.5% for stays less than 30 days. Beautiful house right on the keys!Professionally decorated with waterfront views outside the master bedroom and living room. Vineyard quilted hills engulf you as you enjoy the back deck that leads to a private dock with a boat slip for your personal use. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of seating for friends and family. Enjoy hosting BBQ's on the deck while fishing right off the dock for bass, catfish and crappie. An algae bloom sometimes comes in mid to late summer.

This comfortable cottage is an awesome place to have some quiet, privacy and fun together. It is surrounded by a privacy fence, from my home. The bedroom area is new, and connected by a porch to an older bathroom and kitchen. You can recline in the double recliner leather love-seat and watch a movie on the flat screen television and walk to the stores and restaurants. Three miles from Harbin Hot Springs, and a 20' drive to Calistoga. All races, folks, and LGBT friendly.

Perfect lake front private vacation home.

Our vacation home is right in the middle of downtown. Everything is walking distance including grocery stores, boat launch, restaurants, stores, shops, park etc. The backyard has a giant beautiful gazebo, fire pit and private dock with electricity and fresh water. We also updated the house with a new kitchen, windows, hardwood floor etc. The home is smart controlled with auto opening curtains, fans, lights and music.
