Beach condo holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach

We had a great time at this conveniently located unit. Very walkable area with a great beach across the street that isn’t crowded. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, & dinner within walking distance. The patio of the unit is a great place to have coffee or enjoy a meal!

We had a wonderful stay at Eva's condo! The space was very clean which we appreciate and everything we needed was provided plus some. The accommodations were comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular. We sat out there every morning drinking our coffee and eating breakfast. We saw dolphins and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. We loved witnessing the gorgeous sunsets every evening from the balcony as well. The walk down to the beach was short and the beach was never very crowded at all. There are great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We walked to Voila-Merci twice for pastries and breakfast. We also walked to Indian Shores Coffee Shop and had a great experience. We enjoyed our time so much and made so many amazing memories. We highly recommend staying at Eva's for a relaxing and wonderfully memorable vacation.

We had an amazing time. The view from the balcony was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all six of us to freely move around the condo. The walk to the beach was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will be back again !

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Inn. The staff was very friendly and the host was quick to respond to our questions. We liked the view from the room and that we were right on the beach. It was helpful having beach chairs and umbrellas to use so we didn't have to pay for them everyday. I think it was great for 2 adult guests, any more than that and the space might start feeling a little cramped. We used the grills outside to cook as well as the hot plates so we were able to make whatever we wanted. Great view of the sunset from the building, we watched the sun go down from the balcony and beach, very peaceful at night. Overall a great stay!

The penthouse was even beyond our expectations. It was very modern, well decorated, clean, well equipped for our stay, including things for the beach. The view of the Sea Bay and Marina were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Already thinking about a winter trip. Thank you, Mindy for being so accessible.

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Great location. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful, peaceful, clean, friendly, and nearby to many restaurants and activities. We booked for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a perfect place to take a break from hectic life. Right down the road from the tourist area of Clearwater Beach. Listing was extremely clean, loved the beach chairs, stocked well with towels and toilet paper, loved their shampoo/conditioner. Note that there is no clothes closet but does have drawers and a pipe with hangers that worked just as well. The balcony does not offer direct beach access and is quite small, but still lovely, and beach access is not far from the front door. Has good water showers outside for cleaning off after being in the beach. The bedroom is next to the dumpster, however we did not have a smell problem. The bed did sink in quite a bit. Overall, would DEFINITELY book again and highly recommend! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

There was an issue when I arrived. Contacted the hosts and they were very proactive and got it taken care of promptly. My only possible complaint is the dolphins didn’t swing by. The location is A+, the view is wow, it is quiet and plenty of parking. The hideaway bed is crazy comfortable. It’s about a 7 inch memory foam. Pull the drapes at night, it is plenty dark, and you can wake up to water, sky, and boats in the harbor. Grab a coffee and enjoy salt life on the balcony. The coffee stock is very nice. On to other perks, plenty of the usual kitchen stuff. Add in dish pods and a dishwasher. Throw in a wash/dry combo… and detergent. I was there about a week. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes and towels and not have to buy a large bottle of detergent or pack my own pods. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to be out before 10. Tamas helped me out and I was out just a little late. He was very gracious knowing my situation. I would highly recommend this property and the host.

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

We love the location. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Host is always very responsive. We have stayed here twice and will likely stay again.

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

The location was perfect. The beach was very clean. Had super comfortable beach chairs. BBQ area was great. Living room/dining area combo is very nice and clean. Comfortable sofas and a large dining table. Nice granite kitchen. Matt responded immediately to my questions and gave detailed directions. We would definitely stay again….And the SUNSETS were MAGNIFICENT.

This place was absolutely perfect! We had the best time and felt right at home - safe, cozy, clean and had the best views! Lots of household items were there that really helped during our stay: plenty of blankets and pillows, a pack-n-play, fan, vacuum, paper products, towels (beach and bathroom/kitchen), dishwasher pods, and having a washer and dryer in the unit with pods provided). The heated pool with the splash landing was a huge family hit; we loved the attached hot tub as well. Right on the beach! With only having 4 units on the property, it felt intimate and very secure. The private storage units for all of the beach items were clutch - everything was provided! The hosts were accommodating, detailed and always friendly. We can’t wait to book here again!!

This is a beautiful place. The view is magnificent and sunsets are spectacular. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet place which is much appreciated. No loud parties or wild behavior. Residents are friendly and keep an eye on things. The unit itself is amazing. Lots of lovely touches. Plenty of beach towels and beach/pool toys. Many extras not found elsewhere. Body lotion, extra shampoo, loads of bath towels, well stocked bath and kitchen. Cold drinks in refrigerator. Couldn't find anything to be negative about. Highly recommend although I would prefer to keep this gem to myself.

Classic Florida beach location. Best beach view from any Airbnb I’ve ever been in. Just don’t invite local family/friends to meet at the beach, management prefers only paying-tenants to be anywhere near the property. Regardless, wonderful place & beautiful beach
