Great location, host was very communicative always asking how they could make our stay better.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host made me feel incredibly welcome. Communication was clear and timely, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality—friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Me and my 3 daughters had a great stay. It was local to so much. I loved that we didn’t have to pay for parking because we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. They had everything we needed for a short stay.

This was a cute little bungalow I used to give my wife a private, fancy birthday dinner. She loved it and we have a great time.

Great Location. I used to live on Island Estates and am very familiar with Clearwater Beach (North Beach). Perfect Location. The Wifi was a bit spotty, but other than that, Everything was perfect.

Great spot for a long weekend getaway! The space is cute, thoughtfully laid out, and most importantly, right on the beach. This was such a luxury to not have to worry about loading a car, driving, parking, or schlepping beach equipment over long distances. Plus the beach scene is very quiet and uncrowded here. Also worth noting, we didn't find the road noise, or any other environmental noises, to be a problem. Lara was a responsive and accommodating host, and had great recommendations for us during our stay!

Place was great! Loved sitting on the balcony every day! We even saw dolphins swimming! Great view of the water! Everything is close by. Will definitely come back!

We were very pleased with our stay. The host responded quickly and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was in a central location making it a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping.

What a lovely location and beautiful home! Excellent experience from the start, phenomenal communication, great value, and a wonderful getaway for us all. Exceptionally clean home and we felt right at home. The back porch and canal view were breathtaking and peaceful. So worth everything. We had the BEST of time with so much FUN at our fingertips. This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect bungalow steps away from the beach! Beautiful decor and open living room area and kitchen. It had everything we needed and more. Peaceful environment with gorgeous sunsets. Close to Pier 60 - a pier with a fun family environment, a variety of vendors and restaurants near the beach! I definitely recommend Susi and George’s beach house and am keeping it on my go back list! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house. Loved all the decor around the home!!

Loved the house, location, pool, and hot tub! Short walk to the beach. Dinner was delivered our first night which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient after traveling all day! Overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend

This was the perfect place for a nice, peaceful long weekend. The house was perfect. Spacious and extremely clean, the pool was perfect and a nice was to relax after a day of outside activities. Love the tv on the back porch. Our last day we fished off the dock then grilled and hung out in the pool while watching a movie. It was so relaxing. Fishing was good as long as you had an outgoing on incoming tide. Caught a variety including trout. Publix and everything else you need is literally a couple miles away, but you are still in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were amazing. I’ve never had host respond as quick as these hosts did. They weee very helpful. The first pan is to stay here again and this time bring a boat with us. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Everything was perfect!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nancy was very prompt responding to any questions. A beautiful and peaceful experience. Stepping out on the back porch and catching some nice fish was a great bonus ! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. 🙂

This condo is just as described and right on the beach! Lots of helpful extras — laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Perfect for our girlfriend getaway!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! Worth every penny paid. We had 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was so spacious, and was perfectly set up to have a family. Especially nice with all the kiddo amenities like pack and play, high chair, etc. The hosts always responded immediately, the place was spotless, great walkable location. We will be back to this condo no doubt!

We had an amazing stay at Rafal’s condo! It was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures—maybe even better. The oceanfront view was absolutely stunning, with the best sunset views. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family loved spending every day at the beach, pool, and hot tub. We even saw dolphins playing near the shore while we were swimming! A memory of a lifetime! Caddy’s was conveniently located right across the street and if you wake up early enough, you can catch a beautiful sunrise right out the front door. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! We also left something behind and Rafal contacted us right away to let us know.

The stay was awesome! The condo has an incredible view of the water and my wife and I were able to see dolphins and other marine life. The amenity descriptions were accurate. The condo’s AC blew nice and cold and the shower water got very hot. There were a few minor hiccups upon arrival but the host communicated very well and we were able to get them handled. This place is very close to the beach and there’s a Doc Fords Rum Bar right next door that’s within walking distance and has a very nice outdoor patio overlooking the water. This was extremely convenient. My wife and I spent a lot of our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony of the condo watching the boats exit and enter the marina area. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect! Beautiful condo, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. 5 minute walk to the stunning Clearwater Beach. Great hosts, going over and above with what they provided: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs/Parasol. Would love to return some day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

We have stayed at this condo 5 times. Each time it is a perfect experience. When I read a previous review from a very unsatisfied renter, I was very confused as this place is not only beautiful it is very convenient for getting down to the pool and beach. Elevator and a few steps to either. There is continuous remodeling going on from the past hurricane damage. But it did not bother us at all. We can’t wait for next May to come around.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!
