Apartment holiday rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

I stayed at this apartment for 5 days and had a great experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the location — it’s close to everything! Shops, restaurants, and local attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located stay.

Perfect spot, right on the beach. Clean and included everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing our meals. Will be back.

This property was east to find, is in an area that felt safe to walk around, is located close to any and everything you’d need. Publix will deliver groceries if you want that service. The beach is literally 1 minute from the front of the house. Everything is so convenient and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Super close to shops etc so walkable location

It was a bit pricey, however has a former 20 year owner of beach front Florida property on the east coast I was actually very impressed. Impressed with how updated it was, responsive the management was offers to come replace something and I had to tell them “no, it’s a tiny imperfection and more of a question” , including to victor the Bldg Maintenance man who had a heart of good on helping people, with information and even luggage for some elder folks. We had read a review that the Air Cond was not super cool, so we were commenting while there that the AC worked perfectly good and with two young son in laws with us that “run hot” it was a great test and the unit passed the test easily with perfectly normal cool air. Wonderful place, extremely clean, peaceful area good place to chill!

This is a perfect spot for a few nights. Maybe 2 small blocks to the beach, tons of good restaurants within walking distance. We parked and never used our car. The inside was super clean. We made use of the beach buggy, beach chairs and umbrella. They also had 2 igloo coolers and we picked up bags of ice at the CVS right by his place. Parking is tight. We did not have a spot when we arrived but I called Frank and he immediately came out and moved some cars around. He also allowed us to check-in early so we could enjoy the beach! Great little studio for a weekend getaway.

Great place close to the beach. Loved the option to use extra beach things like sand buckets, boogy boards, and floats. That option made it so much better for kids going to the beach and having things to use. Area was peaceful and short walk to shop and restaurants.

Nice place not the Ritz but we didn’t pay Ritz pricing. Walk to everything; beach, dinner, bar, shopping. We’ll be back…

Great location, value, and communication.

Lina's place was wonderfully decorated and we felt very at home. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the host provided umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon, making our beach day a breeze. There's also pickleball and park nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

This place was perfect for the 2 of us! It’s very close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There are bikes on site that you can use, which was so nice for going to dinner/shops. Andrew was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Juli and Brian. They were actively ready to help and assist us at any time, and were truly friendly. They provided many useful amenities, such as the bikes, which truly helped us get around and explore Clearwater. The unit had a very home-like feeling and was truly welcoming. As for the location, it was perfect for us as it was right next to everything. It was a 5-minute walk from the grocery store, as well as a 5-minute walk from a trolley that travels down to Clearwater Beach, as well as St.Pete Beach. Additionally, there were a lot of fun locations to bike to in the area. Absolutely would stay again!

Staying at Alise’s place was such a gift. The first thing you’ll notice is the up to date key and lock system— it lessens the stress of a physical key and saves so much time. Then you’ll notice how the pictures are exactly what the place is (which is such a relief) and the cleanliness is top tier. The fridge, inside and out, the dishwasher, the utensils and pans, the bed, all its sheets, the bathroom — it truly takes a load off as guests. Also, as a previous FLorida resident, even the nicer apartments can have roaches on the first floor— this air bnb? NONE. Alise is a responsive, fair and dedicated host who provides us with everything we needed, from instructions on operation of the home, beach towels, chairs, even a cooler AND more. The space is updated inside and feels very private, so please do not worry about guests staying in the other half of the house. You literally will not notice. Def a great spot to be at and travel to various parts of FL !

Definitely recommend staying here!! Beautiful place, very clean and close to the beach. Host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back!!

Our stay was pleasant with amazing views from the balcony. Place was clean and comfortable, only draw back was there wasn’t any body wash/soap products to take a shower. We ended up getting our own. Despite that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

Wonderful place. Agnes communicated clearly and checked up on us the whole time we were there. The condo was stocked with everything we needed: linens, paper products, stuff for the beach and even basic supplies for cooking. The condo complex was well maintained. It is one of the cleanest places we’ve rented. And the mattress was firm, not needing replacing. We will definitely stay here again.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

Very nice hosts, well- stocked kitchen and bathroom, great water pressure, and access to the laundry room. Beautiful outdoor space including grill and hot tub! All in all Liz's place is very nice for the price! Would stay again:)

Russell's Oasis was exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and the condo was very clean! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
