Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Clearwater Beach Island

Was a bit on the pricier side for an Airbnb for a single-income family, but we took the leap & the present amenities were well worth it! If you have a large group of people (we did, aged 2yrs-40) and want to keep everyone happily entertained, this is a very good place to do just that. The kitchen was well furnished with everything needed for every meal we made, and so was every other room in this Airbnb. We had a few small issues with already-broken or missing items for a few games, and some non-working lights in the outdoor dining area, but it seemed the hosts were unaware of the fact until we alerted them (after which they apologized). Despite that, we found plenty to do! The pool was large, well-kept, and a favorite w/all ages all day long. Hosts were very responsive, the home and its surrounding neighborhood were pleasant, and we would book again :)

Ashley’s home was perfect for our family & friends gathering. The game/play area and pool were the highlight for us as we love playing games and love being outside in the water. She was very clear with instructions and made the whole experience easy! I truly recommend.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Karolina was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The home exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, CLEAN (a huge plus for us), well stocked with everything we needed, and more! The grounds were beautifully landscaped, which made spending time outdoors even more enjoyable. We especially loved spending time by the pool and in the game room. We all loved how comfortable the beds were. Karolina has created a space that is warm, inviting, comfortable, tranquil, and fun. It truly felt like home away from home. We hope to come back one day!

We had such a wonderful three days at Mario's house. It looked just as nice as the pictures. The beds were all comfortable, the bathrooms were all clean, and the kitchen had a ton of supplies. The highlight of the house was the pool area. It was such a fun and colorful area. The water was warm and clean, there were a lot of fun toys, and a great seating area. This house was very easy to get to and had lots of stores and restaurants close by. It was a short drive to the beach, but also a nice and quiet neighborhood. We were sad to leave!

Absolutely loved this booking! Alan was a great and responsive host. We had no issues the whole weekend and felt right at home. Will definitely be booking again :)

This home was everything we hoped for and more. The views with the pool overlooking the dock and water were absolutely breathtaking. We even spotted dolphins swimming by, which made the experience truly magical. The entire property was spotless, with beautiful fixtures and thoughtful touches throughout. From the layout to the amenities, everything was curated for comfort and ease. It felt like a private luxury retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

I had a few choices and Jeremy's place was the most expensive of the 3 options. I stayed in another unit in same apt. complex previously, which was excellent and less expensive. I am glad I paid up because it was well worth it. I just wish he had availability for my next stay here! Great space; great fixtures; comfortable; warm; inviting

Exactly what we wanted, a bit off the busy path but close to food and right on the beach. Good for small families AC worked great and chairs and wagon etc were available to use.

absolutely gorgeous home! right on the beach! hosts we're amazing my only complaint was that the pool was closed and I was unaware of that ..due to construction...so I understand.. however with a younger child the pool was something we were looking forward to....would have been nice to know... but the home was beautiful and a time was had! thank you for a great stay- can't wait to do it again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly accommodating and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway—from chairs and towels to coolers. It was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, which made everything so convenient. The house was a little smaller than expected, but still had everything we were looking for. We had a slight problem with the lights in the bathroom during our second day, but Eric was quick to respond to our concerns and helped us resolve the issue. The hot tub was an amazing added feature which we utilized every night and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and concise and easy to understand. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend any couple to stay in this Airbnb.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. Home! Wonderfully decorated. Super clean. Lovely backyard oasis. Loved the ping pong and pool for the times it would rain. TV’s in every area was nice too! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camille’s property in Clearwater, FL. It was exactly as described in the listing and had plenty of beach toys, towels, etc. to keep our boys entertained. The beach was a very short walk and there were great restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at Nancy's place. my kids especially loved the large pool! There was more than enough room for our group.

absolutely the best place you would want to stay with a group of friends. these units are amazing. love the idea of having 3 downstairs little units/apartments, and the big penthouse unit upstairs to be able to hang out, cook and play games. would definitely stay again in the future!
