More than what I could ask for. Beautifully decorated interior. Spacious,well lit area, easy to talk to host and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very well. It exceeded our expectations by far! Thank you Lavinia hopefully we will be back next year.

Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect, close to airport, and yet peaceful enough to truly relax. Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

Russell's Oasis was exactly as described. The setting was peaceful and the condo was very clean! If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Alina was quickly responsive to all my questions! the place was beautiful and only a 10 min drive to clear water beach. This is our second time staying at this location. This time around there was much more noise as the condo is closer to the main street and restaurant across. We didn't mind it as we were gone a lot but there was days when the noise wouldn't allow us to sleep in. The place is nicely renovated and as pictured. The pool area was very close and nice. Overall it was a great week for us. Lots of great beaches in surrounding areas that we utilized by driving to.

My family had a wonderful stay. The apartment is spacious and exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with coffee and spices for cooking. They also provide everything you could need to enjoy the beach and the pool, including chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. I would come back!

Wow! I’ve been going to Florida between Tampa and d Clearwater for the last ten years, and Catinca’s condo is by far the best. 10 out 10 does this place no justice. I was amazing and for me to say this is good. I am a very critical when it comes to surveys and I have NOTHING negative to say about this condo or my stay there. I am actually about to book it again for next years anniversary trip. Thank you Catinca . Look forward to next year.

Super welcoming host, peaceful condo and close to several places of interest. It is less than 12 minutes from Clearwater beach.

We had a great stay! The place was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals during our trip. The location was perfect—just a short drive to great restaurants and the beach. I appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and beach bag that was provided to use during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! The complex is very nice and centrally located making it easy to get to Honeymoon Island or St Pete. The condo is very cozy, we enjoyed breakfast and the cozy couches, and a bonus that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo to give more privacy.

Great location, and host provided everything we could need whether it’s at the apartment or at the beach.

We had a really nice stay here! Probably my nicest AirBnb stay in quite some time. The location is perfect, and the space itself was even more spacious than we initially thought just from looking at the photos. I loved how big the kitchen was! The linens were super fresh and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The huge oak trees on the property are seriously gorgeous and the house has been so well renovated. It really did feel homey and not your typical cookie cutter AirBnb. I would 100% recommend staying here.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The pool was hands-down the highlight. sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The home itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and you could tell the host really takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, no stress, no confusion, just smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Joel's place from May 8-12 while we were visiting Tampa for our daughter's graduation from USF and USAF Commissioning. Joel was very responsive, friendly, provided lots of recommendations, and made us feel welcome. Upon arrival there was a welcoming graduation sign in the yard along with flowers, a card and some decorations inside. This was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was also wonderful to have k-cups, water, sugar, etc. provided for us at the house. I also loved that there was workout equipment in the garage area. I used the treadmill a couple mornings before venturing out for a daytime activities. The house is super convenient to Busch Gardens and USF's campus.

The stay was very nice and cozy. The neighborhood was super quiet as well. It was a very relaxing getaway

We had a great stay at this property. We were visiting to watch some baseball at Steinbrenner field and it was the perfect location. The host was amazing and the place was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
