Living room with sofa bed, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen.

The main living area consists of a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, pool table, dining area & office. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, Roku, a comfy couch & elec. keyboard piano. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, wardrobe, & TV. Also, a sauna & a massage chair! All/Every Guests must provide Gov. Photo ID to Book & be 21 or older. Maximum of Two Guests. NO PETS

This home sits between 2 major cities. Only 10mins from Downtown Augusta, Ga or Aiken, SC. Private parking. Regular amenities any house would have. Please note that this is a tiny house. Perfect for 1, ok for 2, tight for 3. Setup studio style. 1 Queen, 1 pullout couch (full). Climate controlled between 68-74 degrees in the winter. Very private (low) location-sits behind our family owned beauty supply store & can not be seen from the street. A restaurant, cigar lounge, beauty salon in same lot.

There is space for an additional vehicle inside the garage (compact only). This cottage is located behind a separate Airbnb, separated by a large parking pad.

If you are visiting USC-Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta, you will enjoy staying in the cottage duplex. All the essentials will be provided. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival.

It's completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, fridge, queen bed suite, walk-in closet, 65" flat screen with cable tv, hair dryer, microwave, fast wi-fi. I-20: 3 mins away I-25: 2 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night. Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available.
