Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cleburne County

Wonderful stay! The cabin was very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and Hans checked in on us during the visit. The porch was awesome and we loved sitting outside. All the trees were so lovely and the lake was even closer than we thought. It was so peaceful sitting out by the water and enjoying the lake views as well. The cabin was in a great location for all the hiking we did near Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay. Just a lovely part of Arkansas. Highly recommend a visit!

Lindsey went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house was beautifully decorated. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and necessities. The firewood and fire pit were very nice for the cool evenings. Lindsy provided coffee and snacks. We will definitely stay agin!

My friends and I have been to this lakehouse several times. We always enjoy it! The house comfortably seats many people and has lots of towels, plates, ect that you would need. Brooke is always responsive and helpful. We will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at the river house! The little red river is an absolute gem. We enjoyed collecting sticks for fires around the property, sitting on the dock, swinging on the porch swing, and hiking the many waterfalls that are close by! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and wish we could visit every weekend to unwind.

This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

10/10. The view can’t be expressed virtually. It’s beautiful! I stayed for a weekend recharge and it was perfect. Timothy was amazing and easy to communicate with. Things I did in the area: 1) Collins Creek Trail 2) Trumpeter Swans (Nov-Feb) 3) SugarLoaf Mountains If this stay is available, book it. It’s a great find.

Tim was a very friendly & helpful host. He was patient & available to answer my many questions. The home was very nice with higher end kitchenware than I have seen in most AirBnBs. Nice soft fluffy towels, comfortable beds and pretty much all the amenities you could ask for. We fixed a family breakfast for 8 most mornings & cooked a few dinners. The guys enjoyed attempting to fish off the dock. Has a lovely fire pit to sit around. Fun to watch the boats go up & down the river fishing. The kids went to several local places to hike. Our grands are 3-6 & were able to do a lot of the trails. The small town of Pangburn was only 4 miles away, had 3 restaurants (1 w/coffees & shakes-yum), bank, gas, Dollar General, grocery store so you could easily get all the basics. The other direction was Heber Springs which has everything: good restaurants, shops and let’s not forget the park for the kiddos. Everyone we met in both towns was very friendly. Would stay again. Family had good time & rest.

I have stayed at several of Carol’s properties in the last 4 or 5 years. They are always clean and comfortable! Always look forward to my stay!

Colleen was amazing and very helpful and friendly! She accommodated a late booking with an early check in and a late check out. She checked in throughout the stay and made sure the place felt like home!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time booking this home and it did not disappoint! As soon as we saw the availability for our dates, we jumped at the chance. Super clean, updated, and stocked with plenty of amenities. It was perfectly spacious for our needs The beds were comfy. Perfect location right in town. If the opportunity arises again, we'll definitely look to reserve this home.

This is our second time staying here. It is a cozy garage apartment with everything you need. It’s basically on the Harding University campus. It’s a great area to walk and close to restaurants. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Exactly as described, close to everything in the small town. Great eating options within a 5 min drive, yet sitting on the deck, you would have thought you were in the woods. Angela was responsive with any questions we had. She had an extensive folder of local attraction. This was our 2nd year to stay here and we will always return if it is avaliable! Thanks again for a great stay ! PS The best breakfast around is at the bowling alley and a fantastic value as well !

My children and I were in the Fairfield Bay area to visit family who live nearby and this condo was the perfect resting spot for us. The proximity of this condo to the pool was a nice bonus as we could easily walk to the pool instead of drive. My kids (teenagers) and I were also happy to have a great wifi connection so we could get a little work done and watch some movies together in the evenings. Blue Heron was a comfortable and safe place to stay in between family visits and I will definitely book this condo again next time we are in the area.

A touch pricier than others in the area but absolutely worth it. We have family in the area and come at least a couple of times a year, and this is the best condo we’ve rented if you only need two bedrooms. SO well stocked, which was a huge help to us - we took full advantage. Also exceptionally clean, with quality furniture a step above the usual, and some games to boot. Can’t beat the location for getting around FFB and these hosts care about your experience. I felt like we were in a hotel. Our new go-to rental when we visit.

Location is right by Harding’s campus. It’s an upstairs apartment so no noise above and overall is very comfortable. Josh responds immediately which is a plus!

There was a wifi outage, but other than that, the stay was wonderful. Angel and Dana were very responsive and even let us come back later to check for lost items. Much appreciated.

Clean home. Very well located to enjoy all the amenities. Owner very responsive to my questions. Very comfortable home away from home.
