The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

There is a fully enclosed garden with a south-east facing terrace with table, chairs and a brick barbeque.

Mole's Cottage, Minting Horncastle is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. The hot tub and pool are for your own private use.

A delightful and quirky beachside chalet, on the dunes is situated in a conservation area on the unique Humberston Fitties Chalet Park. Located right on the sand dunes with direct access to long golden sands, it is the perfect place for families to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday or a bolthole for those in search of a cosy coastal retreat. Cleethorpes is an easy cycle ride or 5 minute drive away offering plenty of amenities and long promenades with ornamental gardens and a pier.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. A perfect retreat and an ideal location for families.
