Located between Mourèze and Clermont l'Hérault, the Workshop, a former cement tile manufacturing workshop, is an 80 m2 cottage nestled in a small valley of the large classified site, five minutes from all amenities. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze. The house, garden and terrace are independent and not overlooked.

The house is located on the ground floor overlooking on one side the village square and the backyard on the other. Quiet and tranquil, you have a large living room, dining room, kitchen.
