The region is perfect for cycling (Tourmalet and famous mountain passes), hiking, trail running and skiing, as well as for families and couples seeking peace, nature and authenticity.

We are 30 minutes from Marciac and its festival, 6 minutes from Mirande, 20 minutes from Auch, and 1 hour from Toulouse.

Charming luxury stone house annexed to the main property in a quiet area, located in the heart of the Gers countryside, 10 min from Auch. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with dressing room, shower room and toilet. A living room with sofa bed and a cocooning corner ideal for daydreaming or reading. A fully equipped and bright kitchen. A covered and intimate terrace with access to the shared swimming pool during the summer. Please note there is no internet access in my cottage.

This small wooden chalet, built on stilts by the owner, is backed by the farm buildings. Well isolated from the cereal farm, you will be surrounded by a small landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a small sunflower crop; with private access. It offers unobstructed views of the hillsides of the Gers and access to the old restored washhouse. We are very happy to host you at Mamie Anna for a weekend. Feel free to leave everyday life at the door to enjoy our spacious cottage and its Jacuzzi. We are 30 minutes from Nistos, 25 minutes from Saint Bertrand de Comminges, 50 minutes from Saint Lary Soulan, 55 minutes from Loudenvielle, 53 minutes from Lourdes. The cottage is attached to our house but once inside you will have your privacy, there is no one opposite.
