When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.
