Beachfront holiday rental in Cley next the Sea

Lovely little place. Sea side was short walk over the sand dunes. Outside seating was excellent as my mother in law can't walk much, however she sat on chair on the top of the sand dunes every day watching the sea. My 4 years old daughter loved jumping in the sea, over the waves. Over all it was lovely place to stay even our dog enjoyed walks on the beach (he can be funny about his walks).

Lovely location! It was very quiet at night time, and a very short distance away from the beautiful dunes and dog-walkers beach. It was stunning. Really nice, clean accommodation- had everything we needed. Very comfortable soft bed! Thank you 💕

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ruth was an amazing host, we went away for a mother daughter weekend and had a brilliant time. Ruth’s attention to detail was incredible, the chalet had everything we could have possibly needed. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach, which is gorgeous and very secluded and peaceful. The chalet was perfect for 3 of us for 2 nights, and we had a much needed relax and rewind. Thank you Ruth!

We had a lovely stay at Lauren’s Airbnb, it was clean and homely. Some really thoughtful touches and a comfortable home. Kept fit with lots of stairs - definitely worth noting the stairs if you had mobility issues or small children, but otherwise a really lovely stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay. We spent 4 nights with our dog. Firstly it was lovely and clean with everything you need, we felt at home straight away. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach and you can sit outside and see the sea - something not many places can actually say. It’s on a holiday park which is very peaceful and quiet. We can recommend walking down the beach to the Poachers Pocket pub - it’s about 10/15mins and even serves breakfast or a morning coffee. The overall location is also so easy to get around for days out in the Broads. We loved it And highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location, Everything we needed, beach was so close, fantastic for our dog, wonderful cafe too, lovely local area, plenty to do and also very private to relax. Highly recommend. We will be re- booking.

Beautiful property. Spacious and well appointed. Location is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. Hosts were wonderful, very responsive and took the time to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Booked for a last minute stay and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was super clean, and the furnishings were beautiful, made me feel right at home. Convenient features like AirCon and Laundry were a plus! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The location was 10/10 as well, right next to the beach, and all of the tourist attractions, which was great! Will certainly be staying here again!

We had a great week in this bright and cosy holiday Chalet. The advertising photos in my opinion show it for exactly what it is. The accommodation had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We had some lovely warm sunny weather whilst we were there for the week so it was in a great location for coastal runs/walks and nice beaches not far. The White Horse Inn was also an added bonus just a stones throw away, with descent pub grub. We also used the Chinese takeaway next to the pub which was very satisfying. We are a family of four with a 15 year old son and 11 year old daughter and we would all recommend this chalet and location if you enjoy a peaceful environment with lots to do without having to travel too far. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

There is nothing at all to fault here and everything to praise, from the location (superb views, lovely coastal walks or a quick amble into town), light airy and spacious accommodation (and so private - despite there being other flats in the building we never heard anyone) to the friendliness and helpfulness of Sarah and her family. A genuine treat!

Fab stay at watchman’s cottage! Barry was a brilliant host, super responsive with a lovely property. The cottage itself is in a great location, 2 mins walk to the harbour where all the action took place; fish & chips, pubs, crabbing!!, the arcade and some yummy restaurants. We particularly loved Wells Crab House & North Norfolk Cellars wine bar! The house was a great space, clean, tastefully decorated, everything we needed for a couple of days. Plus we found our bed to be rather comfy meaning we had a great nights sleep! Will hopefully be back soon. X

There are great views from this well appointed apartment, where the huge skies of Norfolk can be appreciated to the full. This provided an ideal base for a three generation holiday which included our 17 month old grandson. The apartment was clean and well organised. The bedrooms are a comfortable size. Having two bathrooms was an advantage. The sitting room was spacious, with table and chairs in the window for dining. Emily and Jack are excellent hosts and most responsive to any enquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay, the house is absolutely stunning and is beautifully furnished it has everything you could possible need. It is close to the town centre and the beach. Liz is a fabulous host, always replied to any queries very quickly. The only downside is the parking as there is only 1 car park space at the property but we managed to find a space on the road and we totally understand that this is out of Liz's control.

2nd visit an excellent place to stay , all facilities you could want and ideal location . Top host too . Looking forward to returning again 😃

We had a really lovely break in amazing accommodation. There was everything we needed, the decor was wonderful, and we had the best nights sleep on a wonderful mattress! The gardens were beautiful as was the secluded patio. We're really looking forward to returning in September, hopefully the weather will have improved somewhat!

The views out to the sea are beautiful and ever-changing. This is a thoughtfully designed property in a lovely spot. The kitchen is well-furnished and it is useful to have the washer and dryer in the utility room in the basement.
