Apartment holiday rentals in Clichy

Spacious and very clean apartment just outside of the Paris city centre, ideal if you’re travelling by car (you will be able to park your care in a safe underground parking). Well furnished, with a good bed and shower, fast wifi and an outside terrace space. Would recommend!

Great location, a quick metro ride and you are in the city centre. The are metro, bus and train stations close by which made our travelings around much easier. The host is also great. The apartment is on the main street so we always felt safe. Would come back again for sure!

A good place on the outskirts of Paris, close to the subway and bus. We could get to the main places in Paris in 20 - 40 minutes, which was very good. The area is safe, the accommodation has everything you need for a good stay, it is spacious and quiet. Thanks to Patrice for welcoming us to his home.

The apartment was exactly as described, and I really loved its quaint charm. It was conveniently located near all the main attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, while still being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and relaxation.

Anne’s place is just as she describes (think Emily in Paris vibes 😊). It’s a cute little apartment, great for solo/couple. Has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is steps away from metro station which makes it super convenient to access all of Paris! I had the best time there and would definitely come back again. Thank you Anne for the lovely stay and recommendations to go around!

Cute neighborhood, bright and very airy apartment. Feels larger than it is because of all the windows & the wonderful breeze. Nice view, we watched a beautiful sunset there. Communication was excellent and check-in/checkout were easy. Three bedrooms, a double bed in one, a king in the other, and two singles in the 3rd, which worked great for our group of 5.

The apartment matched the description and our expectations: clean, refurbished, well located and reasonably priced. Grocery stores, bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible public transport from the train station a few minutes' walk away connects us to all the networks in the Paris region (Versailles Palace, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Fabienne welcomed us with open arms and gave us several tips and suggestions on transport and activities. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Apartment matches the description and photos, clean and organized. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, with bakeries, supermarket and subway station nearby, with easy access to various points of the city. I would stay in the same place if I returned to the city.

Ideal as a starting point for day trips through Paris for us as a family. 10 min walk to the metro, many small restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very quiet and we slept in the morning without disturbance. The location is exceptional in the new building, the car is well kept in a modern underground car park. Thanks to the elevator, the bags are in the apartment in just a few minutes. Perfect retreat after a long day in Paris. The arrival and departure can be planned individually, the contact with the landlady was very pleasant and the answers were very prompt.

We stayed at Sylvia apartment for 4 nights. She was really helpful throughout the trip especially during the week of fete she told us which train stations were open and anytime we had a problem she was there. The apartment was close the Marie de Clichy so we were able to get what ever location fairly quick. It was extremely hot on the day we were there but she provided us with two fans. Her apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift but this wasn’t a problem. I have zero complaints she was great and so was her apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chris’s apartment. The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk from the metro, 2 minutes from a grocery store, and right next to a great cheese shop and café. The apartment is spacious and full of natural light, with beautiful big windows. Chris is very responsive and a genuinely kind and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

I enjoyed my time during my stay. The host was really responsive whenever I had a question. As my first time going to Paris, I was glad that the apartment was near bus stops and a short walking distance to the metro train. I had no issues getting to and from the metro station arriving at this location. Visited every tourist attraction with no issues or needing to take complicated public transportation routes.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
