It’s a sort drive to the Sea Point promenade and popular Bree, Loop, Long, and Kloof streets with their boutiques, restaurants, and bars. The Marina residential estate is a very exclusive and secure complex.

The Level 2 apartment, a separate listing, (as seen on the map), is often preferred by guests or families who prefer extra space, a chef's kitchen, dining patio and pool (heated by request).

The house is located in a secure residential neighbourhood within walking distance to Camps Bay beach and promenade. The exclusive property features an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and a gym, breathtaking ocean everview, chef grade kitchen, a private sauna and a beautiful garden. The property consists of a main villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate cottage with one bedroom and one bathroom, which can only be booked together (1200m2 plot).
