This place was great for our stay, the house has everything you can think of and more. Has a lot of character Great location Clean and hosts friendly and good communication.

We loved our stay at Nikki’s lovely home. So full of character & charm. Absolutely great being so close to the beach. Loved the views! (Even in the rain!) Had comfortable nights sleep. I’m 6 months pregnant and thought the downstairs loo might be an issue but actually was fine. The house had absolutely everything you might need. My kids loved playing jenga, my husband listened to some old records and I had a relaxing bath. Dog was so happy on the cosy rug and my Gran quite content to potter around and pleased with the convenience of a downstairs bedroom. (And iron / iron board!) Thank you so much. x

Visited Sumerset with family for the Easter break. Booked Sunita & Leon’s accommodation and it was a great experience. Host was very helpful throughout, communicated all information and checking was smooth. House was spotless and very clean with enough room space and all you could need for a family stay - enjoyed the hot tub with family as well and the environment was great and short minutes away from attractions. Highly recommended host! I’ll visit again definitely!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with a good shower and heated towel rail. The off road parking was really useful. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, the marine lake and lots of bars and restaurants.

Very accommodating and ideal little stop on our drive back from Cornwall. Right next to the beach.

A wonderful, quirky house, full of colour, lovely big rooms, great Christmas decorations and a good view of the sea from some rooms. Well stocked, with all you could need. A few minutes walk to the sea.

Brilliant stay for my mothers 60th. House was very spacious and brilliant location. Check in very easy and straight forward. We had an issue with the upstairs water pressure but the maintenance man came out the following morning to look at it. Would definitely come back. We very much loved our stay.

We had a brilliant stay at Lilstock Farmhouse. We were a family of 9 spanning 3 generations and with children aged 2, 14 months and 5 months and we all loved the place. The beds were comfortable and the living accommodation was extensive, including a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen with Aga, where we ate almost all our meals together. The availability of a heated pool was an added and unexpected bonus. It is a great addition to the house, heated and well covered. John and Susan were fantastic hosts. They were so prompt in their responses to all our queries, especially in advance of our stay, when they were happy to measure up for stair gates and accept deliveries on our behalf. The area is beautiful. The children loved seeing all the animals in the fields. There were plenty of places to visit within 45 minutes, including Dunster Castle and Cleeve Abbey for the adults and Doniford Park for the children. We recommend Minehead as a seaside day out for all the family.

I stayed two nights at Katie's Coach House with my husband and two daughters. Katie was a wonderful host - extremely helpful and responsive, warm and welcoming. We slept soundly and enjoyed exploring the area, which is quiet and close to Penarth's main amenities. The kitchen had all we needed for breakfast and simple dinners and the shower was great. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic week in Cardiff, staying at Michael’s place in Penarth. The house was perfect for our group of six - clean, spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. Penarth is a lovely area with great cafes, restaurants, and a beautiful coastal walk. We especially loved the walk over the Cardiff Bay Barrage Locks. The kitchen was well equipped and with a large wine fridge, which is a godsend with such a large group. Michael, Nadia and Kate were brilliant hosts, quick to respond and full of great local recommendations. We’d absolutely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
