(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. Next to the beach in a quiet side street this 4 bedroom house offers everything for a relaxing weekend away or an extended stay over winter with both gas heaters and in built wood burning fire in the living areas.

It's within easy walking distance to the ocean beach, cafes and shops on Hitchcock Ave, the beach and play areas on the Barwon river, the golf course and it is directly across the road from the primary school which has ovals, playground and community library.
