From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage by the lake. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, with kayaks available to enjoy the water — such a nice touch! The house itself was clean, cozy, and full of charm. The basement was a highlight with tons of games and entertainment options, perfect for relaxing evenings. Michael, the host, truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I definitely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway.

The rain came and went throughout the weekend, which actually made things feel extra cozy. We loved the screened-in porch and loved that we got to use the fire pit and make s’mores and got to bbq on the grill all while staying dry but still feeling the cool breeze and still enjoy the warmth of the fire. The hot tub was easily the best hot tub i’ve used in all my air bnb stays. THE BIKES! Did not expect to be bike riding but so happy we did, loved riding around in the community and got some fun exercise in. The couches were also super comfortable! Watching music videos in the living room was the best. Would definitely stay again! And will be recommending friends and family. We didn’t use any of the community’s amenities (didn’t feel the need to) but there is an outdoor pool and indoor pool you could go to for $10 a person on weekends. Host was helpful and available to text and call at all times.

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

We had an amazing wknd here in mid May! Erick’s place provided a much needed getaway from busy city life. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the back porch on a rainy morning having coffee and reading a good book. The place has 3 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms with the coolest sunken living room area ever. I was initially concerned at the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms but that mountain air gets cool and crisp at night so A/C is not necessary. I will definitely be looking for Erick’s place next time I spend a wknd in the Poconos!

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

It was our first family trip as a family of 4. Very family friendly home. Everything was so beautiful. And lots to do.

From booking our stay at the Cozy Cabin to check out, Katharine was a helpful and friendly host. Even when our plans changed unexpectedly, she was flexible and understanding. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the pool and clubhouse, it was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway. We had a great stay and can’t wait to book again next summer!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for memorial day weekend and it was very peaceful. Heidi was very responsive with any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy and security was just as easy. Loved the feel of the place definitely recommend!!

CJ was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was fully stocked with everything you can imagine. There was so much to keep you entertained ever if you're rained in. We loved the use of the kayaks, but unfortunately the paddle boat was waterlogged from the heavy rain. The hot tub was so relaxing. CJ prepared the place with a portable crib and high chair for my grandson. Breathtaking views of the lake from every room in the back of the house. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Thank you CJ!

One of my girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend since we were doing a MUDGIRL run in the poconos about 30 mins away from the air b and b. The place was just what we needed! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people, had a fully stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, and a smart tv with various streaming services. Only thing I would suggest is to fix little lip as you go into either of the bedrooms, we kept tripping over them and didn’t want to damage the floor/door. Thank you so much again for everything!

Our third time staying here at Igor’s and we love it each time. It’s clean, fully stocked and at a great location! Igor is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back again!

Loved my stay ! Very beautiful area and private property. Not only that the hosts are great ! House was amazing inside and out. Would definitely recommend if you want a nice area to be at peace and enjoy a vacation or any type of special occasion!

Roman’s place was clean and exactly as he described it. The area was private, peaceful and close to the lake. Yulia, the site manager, was very proactive and helpful. It was easy to check in and I would stay here again.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The house was warm, welcoming, and exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. Everything was new and thoughtfully arranged. The location was ideal, close to hiking trails and small local shops. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We would love to stay again :)

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

Lakehouse Q was everything we dreamed of! The owners were super responsive before and after booking, and they had plenty of board games for us to play with. The hot tub was amazing and the views were spectacular! Everything was perfect. The only thing I could find wrong with this place was the bugs, we went through an entire can of bug spray after 5 nights, but the owners can’t do much about that. The kayaks were nice to use and in good condition. There were a few ants in the house, but due to the location, you’d expect that. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped except for some small things (tin foil, plastic wrap, etc.). Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were so sad to leave. We’ll be booking again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the lake. Beautiful property with a few special unexpected things too. The hot tub over looking the lake was perfect for the chilly mornings and evenings.
