A three bedroom home on back section. Walking or short drive to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and wineries that Havelock North has to offer. Private location yet only a few minutes from the village centre. Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.
