We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Would highly recommend. The house was spotless, very well kept. The beds were all extremely comfortable, all with fresh linen. The view was amazing. The house is right on the water. The gardens and estate was an excellent place to go for a wander and explore. Paul was an excellent host. We cant wait to come back again

We had a lovely stay at Nina & Noel’s place! Even though the place was small, it was cozy and nicely decorated with wooden carvings by Noel. We met Noel when we arrived, and he was very attentive and open. Noel and Nina were very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. Noel was always up for a chat and tips for local activities. The apartment is nice and quiet, with lovely views of the surrounding valley, and a short drive away from Bantry. The sauna was great as well after a long day of hiking. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Nina and Noel’s place if you’re looking for a quiet, cosy holiday surrounded by nature and friendly people! (And two outside cats) 🐈‍⬛🌳 Thank you Noel and Nina for a wonderful stay!

Very well located close to the center, very nice house.

We were a family of 4 adults - a 16 year old and an 8 year old and the house and location were ideal for us as the 2 adults and 2 kids were visiting from Australia. We were able to entertain friends who popped in as there was so much space, well equipped kitchen, huge BBQ etc. We loved this house and would go back. The only negative was the WiFi was not great in the house, but it's also not great reception in the area - so hopefully that will improve. If you were going to work while staying it wouldn't be easy to do so. A great experience was had by all and the highlight was being able to use the pool and leisure centre in Sheen Falls Hotel across the road. Whenever we needed anything Paudie or Kathy were on it immediately.

We had a lovely stay and felt very safe. The house was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Blathnaid was a great host and responded to a question from us within minutes.

This was our second time staying at Brigit’s and this time we made sure the whole family came along with Jim our dog. The most beautiful and magical place that we all enjoyed so much. We will be back again!

A truly beautiful house with amazing views. The pictures don't do it justice. Swimming Pond and Sauna an added bonus. Extremely peaceful and everything needed in the house. A 2 minute walk into Glenbeigh for Pub, shop, restaurants. Great accommodation. Check in easy and instructions and information on hand.

We had a wonderful family weekend away at Paul’s house. It’s very child friendly with our crawling 1 year old able to get around everywhere with ease. The garden is closed in so safe for kids to play outside. Amazing views and very comfortable house, with extra touches making it feel homely. Would recommend 🙂

We had an excellent stay at this newly refurbished home. The interior was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The beds were especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after long days out. The location was ideal: a quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking, yet just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, and the town center. It was the perfect base for exploring West Cork. Christopher was a responsive and helpful host, and his instructions made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and style.

House was lovely so clean and bright. Home away from home. Elaine went above and beyond with water and milk in the fridge along with a freshly baked brown bread and butter on the counter. Great location everything was perfect

Colin’s place was the perfect hub for our week in Ireland. The location couldn’t be better, with some of Ireland’s best pubs just a few minutes walk away. We spent many nights enjoying Clonakilty’s main street and it was so easy to get home after. The off-street parking was great too. Colin was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the book full of local recommendations. Great base for anyone who’s looking to see the best of Cork.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Bright, sunny and pristine, located in a beautiful setting. Kathleen and Jim are wonderful hosts and we got great suggestions from them to enhance our time in the area. We look forward to another visit.

Stunning location!! Loved the privacy, the views (so beautiful) and so relaxing. It was easy to get to neighboring villages and then retreat to a quiet place. Close enough to Cobh, Kinsale, Carrigaline and Cork, without being too close. Vincent is an absolutely wonderful host; attentive and responds quickly. The place is very clean and we loved the fresh ocean breezes. We especially loved having breakfast/coffee overlooking the ocean. We absolutely love this place and hope to come back again soon.

Beautiful location in the West Cork countryside. The property was quiet and serene. Accommodations were exactly as described, very clean, plenty of space for our party of 2. The beds were comfortable upstairs, plenty of hot water for showers, lots of light. Downstairs was a cozy sitting area with an electric stove to take the chill off the morning. Kitchen area where we cooked our meals was clean with enough counter space. We also made use of the washer/dryer (being from the US, we needed help choosing the proper cycle). Eileen was a wonderful host, easy to get in touch with through the AirBnB app. She assisted us in finding the property, was there to help us check in and out, answered all our questions, and even helped my traveling companion make a connection with cousins in the area. If I'm lucky enough to return to the area in the future, I will definitely book a stay with Eileen again!

We had a great stay and found everything to be very comfortable and clean. The location was great. Convenient and yet peaceful. Overall highly recommend. Staying here made our visit nice and relaxed as a lovely home from home with all necessary for a family holiday. Thanks so much :)

Totally unique. Absolutely beautiful view from cottage. So tranquil and peaceful. Good for the soul! Lovely food at MaryAnn’s in the village. Great dog walks to local coves and beaches. The Irish are so hospitable and friendly Thomas and Jane were great hosts and very helpful.

Very well located property, close to shops, pubs, restaurants. The property was spacious and comfortable. Parking for in the public car park opposite the house was easy as it the weekend.

Stayed here for 3 nights, great place to stay and house had every amenity...View of the river is lovely.. a fab local pub 'Phairs' 2 min walk from the property too. highly recommend for a group or family.
