We had an extended stay and it began to feel like home. Host had great communication, yet gave us our privacy while in their home. The yard was very big, and was a great space for our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again, and also recommend the home to others.

I’ve stayed a Jason’s several times for work. It’s comfortable and quiet - ideal for a working traveler. Jason’s arrangement suits the home design perfectly. Would stay again.

Our son graduated from Fresno Pacific University and we needed a nice home that could accommodate all our grown children and my Mom ❤️ this home was incredible 🔥 spotless, plenty of bedrooms and space and it was 3 minutes from one of the best casinos in California! Thank you for letting us create memories in your home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside pool area and lounge area was very nice, peaceful and relaxing. The pool is nice. It is not heated but we found the temperature perfect once you got in for a few minutes, especially during the hot part of the afternoon. The house was clean and well appointed. Our only minor complaint was the main bathroom shower was hard to turn on. We felt like we might break something. Mainly very satisfied with our stay and if we ever find ourselves in the area we would rent again in a heartbeat

This home was perfect for our family. Clean, organized, and roomy everywhere. My girls loved having bunk beds. My wife loved having a shower with 2 shower heads. I loved having a ceiling fan in every room - including the living room!! It is just enough on the edge of town to be free of any and all traffic & noise, but close enough to anything and everything you could need between grocery stores & restaurants. Joshua was very responsive in any need we had, which were very few. We absolutely recommend this home for anyone needing a place to stay!

We loved staying at Kelly’s house!! It is a beautiful setup with the open kitchen floor plan and the free standing bath tubs and the pool!! From the beginning to the end Kelly made us feel welcome and at home. She was very quick to respond and very eager to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

We have stayed here before and love the home and location!!!! It’s truly a beautiful home in a perfect location!! It’s large, peaceful and perfect for families of all ages. It rained one day and was too cold to use the pool this time but it was still a great time visiting with family and enjoying the Rodeo. The kitchen has everything you will need and the coffee bar is well stocked. The game room is designed with everyone in mind. The master bathroom is a dream! If you have multiple families this house is great because it has 2 master bedrooms that are very large, 2 additional good sized bedrooms, and plenty of parking. The only thing we all felt the same about, and it’s not a complaint but more a recommendation, would be to update the patio furniture because the low seating didn’t work so well with such a high table. We made it work though. Perla responds quickly and is always so pleasant!

Hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating. The house was amazing, and met all of our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared, no issues with anything. The house is conveniently located close to a lot of great local restaurants and shopping, a lot within a short 5 minute drive. I used it to host some friends traveling from out of town, but would also be a great place for a family to stay as well.

Nice private suite with a good location to get around town. Bethany was always on top with her instructions to get there :)

Great place to stay! Love that it’s gated and quiet, spacious and great kitchen for cooking. Definitely found my stay for when I’m in Fresno.

Lovely place and very cool neighborhood in Fresno. The cottage was comfy and the grounds were beautiful.

We absolutely loved staying at Shannon’s place. Our trip was to visit some friends that live locally in Kingsburg and see their son graduate highschool. We bought the kids with us and made it a mini family vacation. The location was not too far and located in such a peaceful and beautiful location, in the middle of a vineyard (check mark for mom) The pool and basketball hoop was just what we needed to keep our kids busy (check mark for the kids). The house is spacious and feels very homey. We will be coming back to visit our friends and will definitely be renting Shannon’s place for each of our visits.

In short, the Hobbit house was amazing. I do like to make note that there were various places with spider webs that were visually unpleasant, inbetween the door slider to the balcony, on the way to the little sauna-like room accessible in the bathroom of the main bedroom, or the fireplace that is clearly never used. These are nitpicks that dings a bit but nothing to undermine how great this place is. There are many special places I've stayed and this is one of the few that I would actually mean it when i say I'll be back.

I can’t express how thankful I am with Marisol, we had good communication and she understood and answered all my questions. In pictures the house looks small but it’s actually a very good size inside my Ex-husband the girlfriend and our children said that felt like home and it’s way better than getting a hotel room! We had a such a nice experience and stay with this RV, Melissa and hubby were very accommodating and nice, The area looks very cozy and well maintained for their guests safety, We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Leo was a great host! Very helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for my family! The new neighborhood with a park right across the street was a big plus!

This was a very cute place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the morning before it got too hot. Everything was as described. Nice place to stay for a couple of nights, close to nice restaurants and amenities. Jimmy was responsive and ensured we were comfortable.
