Holiday rentals with a patio in Cluses

The windows in the living room just frame the stunning surroundings. It's always a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast with this view in the morning. The apartment is very spacious and tidy, with every amenities that you may expect. The location is close to the slopes and town. We definitely enjoy our stay in this lovely apartment! I couldn’t recommend the apartment highly enough and the help we were given by Sophie . This apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying all that the Town of Morzine has to offer and providing really easy access to all ski areas via the great bus service .. stop 2 mins ( literally ) from the front door . Fabulous small pizza restaurant at the end of the lane .. great takeaway . Apartment well fitted out if you want to cook .. large area to socialise together . Bed linen & towels lovely .. good storage all round . Loved it .. thank you Sophie .

The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

Lovely Chalet, it is a great space for two families and has amazing views of Les Gets. It has everything you need; the hot tub and the coffee machine (need coffee beans not pods) were great additions. Simone was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and keen to stay again!

We had a lovely time at this place. Located in a quiet area while still close to Annecy, it's perfect :) we were very well received and the accommodation was great :)

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

The home is beautiful with a breathtaking view. James was very responsive and friendly both before we arrived at the accommodation and once we were settled in. The accommodation is not easy to find but thanks to James' explanations we had no difficulty. The accommodation is very well arranged, very well equipped and is perfect for small children thanks to the safety barriers. I would this property.

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Perfect stay and this place was for many, clean, modern, well decorated, convenient to go with the family. Bus stop 5 min walk, small private residence very nice brand new. Dishes level and equipment everything is there. Functional kitchen, the accommodation is very large, convenient lockers, lots of towels ect ... well... nothing was missing I don't see any negative points really. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Our stay at Kirsteen’s place was great. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean and in a great location. Kirsteen was an excellent host.

We had a wonderful stay. Our stay was during the very 'low season' (end of May to early June) so the summer lifts hadn't opened but we still found plenty to do and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. The walk down into Morzine was lovely. We would love to return in the future.

A cosy studio in a quiet area with wonderful mountain views. An easy walk to the village centre, supermarket and all attractions. Well-equipped, warm with secure underground parking available. A perfect location for our stay. Thank you Emanuelle!

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area

The accommodation is not large but completely in line with the description, except that the windows are now more recent than in the photo. Unfortunately, there is little storage. Well located, you can easily reach the center, the bus or train station, restaurants, bakery, shops, on foot. By car, you have to park in the city's paid parking lots unfortunately (expensive: plan the cost), bring the car nearby only to load/unload. The apartment is convenient for dogs because the small terrace overlooks the outside (the dog must be able to jump the railing), the city is dog-friendly and poop bags are even available to leave the green spaces clean. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean and equipped with the basics (dishes, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, washing machine). No problem accessing and retrieving the keys. Very good stay and thank you again!

Very nice spacious and functional apartment, extremely well equipped (appliances, kitchen equipment). Easy access and direct parking next to the accommodation. Hosts are very responsive in communication. We'll definitely stay there again!
