Top of a hill next to the peek n peak golf & ski resort - 3 minutes away. House is on 13 private acres. Open the front door and walk into a large room with: Couch, plush chairs, 50" tv, futon, bunkbeds, table & chairs. In the back - kitchen - stove, fridge, plates, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Next to the kitchen is an open (no wall between) small bedrm with a 32" tv, closet, & queen bed, laundry. Sledding hill out front! We are in the upstairs most of the time if you need anything.

This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Off the kitchen is a laundry room washer and dryer available. The décor is very rustic and farm like living .We are looking forward to sharing this gem . 25.00 cash dog fee

We had an amazing time at Wendy's place! The whole property is very beautiful, and the cabins and main house are perfectly decorated for a relaxing and luxurious feel. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Everything was spotless, and you can tell Wendy takes great care of her property. The hot tub is large, clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We instantly felt relaxed and at home in the space. The location is perfect, easy to find, and you feel secluded but are very close to towns and wineries. Lastly, Wendy is so very wonderful, and helped to make my mom's 60th birthday extra special! We will definitley be back!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time. Darci was very accommodating with allowing us to have an early check in of four hours and also a late check out of two. Treehouse had everything you could’ve possibly needed. Hot tub was an added bonus to our stay. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, restaurants nearby etc. I’ve sent the link to a few of my friends and will be sending to more I’m sure. Treehouse was very clean! This cabin was even cuter than the pictures! We absolutely loved the little bridge to the cabin, it made it feel so secluded. The shower was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. They had everything we needed for a weekend getaway, including coffee and tea. Plenty of outside seating. We hope to stay again soon!
