Listing set-up

I can take professional pictures for free with a professional camera , create the listing from A to Z with full description.

Setting prices and availability

I have a dynamic price setting which will be updated at least on a weekly basis, very near the market price.

Booking request management

I answer all guests messages, accept/Decline booking, will send check in/check out message with all instructions

Guest messaging

Answering in less than 1 hour, sometimes in few minutes, Online from 7 AM to midnight CET.

Onsite guest support

I live in the heart of the city on Nice Place Garibaldi , near to most of the tourists flats in Nice, especially the Old Town

Cleaning and maintenance

My speciality is the cleaning , because this is the most important thing a guest wants to see, and we provide this.

I can take between 10 to 20 photos depending on Host requests

Interior design and styling

Beautiful pictures on the wall of the city of Nice and the French Riviera, small welcome gifts if necessary, etc
