I look at guests' profiles and reviews before accepting a request.

Guest messaging

I respond quickly to guests throughout the day.

Onsite guest support

I do all the check-ins and checkouts in person. I am available during guests' stays in case of any difficulties.

Cleaning and maintenance

After guests check out, the cleaning team intervenes and repairs. I supply linens.

Listing photography

I'm doing the photo report. They need to reflect the space exactly.

Licensing and hosting permits

Explanation of applicable regulations. Help obtaining the registration number. Tips.

Interior design and styling

Tips for the layout of the property to meet the expectations of the guests.
