We really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place and would go back. It’s close to the beach and the house is well equipped, only thing we noticed missing was shampoo/conditioner/body wash. However, the shops are walking distance so wasn’t a big issue. Would recommend to others, especially young families!

Absolutely fantastic local place to stay — spacious, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a holiday rental. The thoughtful personal touches like books, board games, fresh linen, and fluffy towels and the handy handbook made it feel extra special. Walking distance to beach and lake.

House was beautiful, great location with stunning views. Walking distance to beach and coffee and short drive to other locations like Terrigal and Erina.

Kim’s place was a wonderful stay on the Central Coast. Beautifully styled and incredibly comfortable, we felt instantly at home. There is a really special feel to the house, and the views are absolutely amazing. Though it’s in a suburban area, you’d barely know when you’re inside the home. It’s incredibly private and surrounded by beautiful trees. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All communication was helpful, friendly and thorough, and check in was smooth. The surrounding area is bordered by national park and clifftop walks. It is quite a hilly area which helps with the views and is good exercise. We loved walking to the Bateau Beach cafe about 20 minutes walk from the house which has great breakfast and coffee. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place with incredible views, Kim’s place is hard to beat! Thanks again Kim!

I’ve just had a wonderful relaxing weekend away staying at Moana Beach House with friends and our golfing hubbies. Place is beautiful, clean, fresh, spacious, as pictured with lovely plunge pool and nice views. Beds are very comfortable. Location is fantastic, only an hour drive from Sydney, 5 mins walk down the road to the beach, surf club, cafes that make nice coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. No need to cook or clean for the weekend away, yay! Our host Kim was prompt with communication, polite, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. We loved our stay at the Moana Beach House and will definitely be back!

Staying at the Airbnb was such a delightful experience! The house was beautifully appointed, offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We loved how it was conveniently located just a short stroll from both the shops and the beach, making it easy to explore the local area. It was the perfect getaway spot, combining comfort and convenience in a lovely setting.
