I oversee all aspects: staging the property, supervising the photographer and writing up a compelling yet honest description

My expertise and local knowledge plus some tried and tested software tools enables me to maximise income and occupancy rates

Booking request management

My policy is to accept verified guests/those with reviews. I seek additional information plus minimum 3 to 4 days stay limit

Guest messaging

We reply immediately, certainly within 30 minutes to lock in bookings and provide reassurance. My service is 24 / 7

Onsite guest support

We aim to attend the property within 2 hours for an emergency. Our motto is to reassure the guest and provide a solution asap

Cleaning and maintenance

All cleaning staff are hand picked, trained and monitored via our quality monitoring checks & photos and videos post clean

Listing photography

My photographer is the best in the industry. He is a specialist. I attend shoots and stage the property in its best light

Interior design and styling

I have a stylist in my team and we work together to create a space to suit the feel of the flat - budget allowing.
