I work staging - photos and texts - so that guests identify the atmosphere and project themselves.
Setting prices and availability
my income management software allows you to scan the market and position my listings at the best price.
Booking request management
I communicate with guests in advance
Guest messaging
As a Superhost, we need to respond to every request as quickly as possible for guests to position themselves.
Onsite guest support
i am 30 minutes max. from each accommodation to intervene if necessary.
Cleaning and maintenance
i regularly check each listing during replies for example and always collect the photos after cleaning
Listing photography
I personally take the photos to convey the atmosphere of the space without deceit.
Interior design and styling
i project myself into each property as a guest and accordingly organize the improvements to be made to sublimate them.
Licensing and hosting permits
During our exchanges and before contracting, I provide all administrative obligations to succeed in the project.
