Once you create your basic online profile, we will complete all the details, content, and photos.

Setting prices and availability

We will coordinate with you throughout the year on pricing and availability.

We respond immediately to all inquiries and reservations. A good first impression becomes a good guest.

Guest messaging

We answer all guest questions as quickly as possible to encourage friendly interactions.

Onsite guest support

We include 24/7 emergency guest support and phone line.

Cleaning and maintenance

We do a thorough cleaning and off-site laundry after each guest and can arrange for necessary maintenance.

Listing photography

We include listing photos as part of our new host service.

Interior design and styling

We can make general suggestions and also have a partnership with a real estate staging company for additional insights.

Licensing and hosting permits

In San Francisco and Marin, hosts are responsible for permitting, but we can help with the process.
