Guest support is provided remotely unless i am co-hosting in the Northern Virginia Area or Ocean City.

Host are responsible for procuring. If i procure the service there will be an additional fee above what they charge.

Listing photography

I will help organize the photos you furnish unless there are some open source photos.

Interior design and styling

Hosts are responsible for designing spaces. If i have to design and furnish your space, there is a $1500 fee.

Licensing and hosting permits

Depending on where your STR is rules vary. I will help ensure you are compliant with local laws and regulations.

Great stay! The condo was comfortable and just a short walk to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful.
