This place is great! <10min walk to the metro, right in the middle of all the best shops and restaurants. It’s clean, quiet, and as the listing describes! The host was great and was very helpful when we ran into an issue with the hvac and he fixed the problem for us right away having a fan delivered. It’s a very small, but a super functional space. I would stay here again!

We had a really pleasant stay at Kimberly's Airbnb in Washington DC. Everything was sparkling clean and completely in order. Being able to check in and out independently was very convenient and went smoothly. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations and contributed to a carefree stay. Definitely recommended!

A lovely place to stay in Arlington! Close to downtown and a Metro stop, as well as shopping and groceries, and even a great park for kiddos and exercise. Alex was super responsive and a great host. Do note there is a tenant downstairs with a dog, but they were mostly quiet and kept to themselves. Overall a super smooth and comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! The place was easy to find. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. I really appreciate their hospitality. The place: it was very clean and welcoming when you enter. A good size living space to make you feel right at home. I appreciated the snacks that were set out and all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It did get a bit cold at times but there’s a space heater that you can use to fix it right up. Location: it’s a walkable area with great local restaurants. I would stay here next time!

We were visiting family and Alex’s place was within walking distance to our family, to shops to and from, to transportation hubs, but so private, quiet, and restful after a busy day with family! We will hopefully stay there again!
