I help set listing prices, using competitors and the property's specific definition as a parameter.
Booking request management
In the booking management service, I manage the listing remotely, without any operational action, value: 10%
Guest messaging
In any of the modalities, reservation or operational management, communication will be maintained with a few hours of response
Onsite guest support
To be agreed upon, subject to specific compensation and availability.
Cleaning and maintenance
For cleaning and maintenance, I have a team with operational expertise. Amount: cleaning fee +20% of the booking amount.
Listing photography
I have a team that does professional photography for R$ 500.
