Attention to the availability of the calendar/property and review of the guest's profile to accept or decline requests

Our mobile notification alert is always on to respond to guest messages as soon as possible.

Onsite guest support

I try to always be available for whatever is needed and to solve problems as soon as I can in person.

Cleaning and maintenance

I always supervise during or after cleaning. And I personally take care of washing the linens (charged separately).

Listing photography

I'm the one who takes the photos of my listings. I'll take as many as it takes to detail the space with quality.

Interior design and styling

Balanced decor, not overdone, and as comfortable as possible. This will make it easier to clean the space.

Licensing and hosting permits

I have professional training as a building manager from Garbor RH. And I always learn about the Conventions and Regulations of the condominiums.
