I tailor this to you needs including vetting 'request to book' guests. You tell me what you are comfortable with!

Guest messaging

I'm available 24/7 and can give you potential guests info and great service when needed in a timely and professional manner.

Onsite guest support

I'm very contactable, available and reliable should your guests have something that requires urgent or after hours attention.

Cleaning and maintenance

I provide full service cleaning and linen by negotiation. I can arrange any needed maintenance for your property as well.

Listing photography

I can provide photography (although I'm not a professional) or I can organise a real estate photographer to shoot the listing

Interior design and styling

I run my own business helping people with residential interiors and can help you maximise the appeal and available space.

Licensing and hosting permits

I currently comply with NSW STRA laws and can help you do the same.
