Listing set-up
I approach each home I host for, as my own. I can create the "brand" of your listing and express that throughout the listing.
Setting prices and availability
I have some experience with tools such as Price Labs but also have utilized Airbnb's Smart Pricing.
Booking request management
Instant Booking is an option but so is leaving it off and screening potential guests for the reason of visiting.
Guest messaging
I am available most days and times for guest messaging. I respond within the hour, but it is typically much sooner than that.
Onsite guest support
I am typically available if needed for check-ins.
Cleaning and maintenance
I work closely with my cleaning team and am at the property weekly.
Listing photography
I recommend hiring a photographer for professional photos. I am happy to schedule this and be present during the shoot.
Interior design and styling
I love design and styling! Pinterest is my bff here
Licensing and hosting permits
I am a Certified Property Manager with the County of Sonoma.
