Guest messaging
I work with an automated system and also respond personally. Everything immediately and promptly for new inquiries.
Onsite guest support
I work successfully with self check-in and set up everything with you (additional costs) Otherwise by phone and Airbnb chat
Cleaning and maintenance
Everything is immediately cleaned, tidied. Laundry washed or via a laundry service (extra charge)
Listing photography
I create photos with my photographer who specializes in Airbnb shots and requirements (additional costs)
Interior design and styling
Professional furnishing, design and procurement. Complete renovations are also possible with our own craftsman team.
Licensing and hosting permits
Depending on the city, the apartment must be registered. This should be clarified.
Additional services
We look for properties for you, clear them out, renovate them (new bathroom, new walls, etc.) and design the interior.
